Khalid Al-BawardiCEO
TAD Group
Mr. Albawardi completed his Master’s Degree in Project Management in 1999 from George Washington University.
Immediately after graduation, he worked as General Manager for the waste management company known as Seder Services, increasing annual turnover by 50% from $30 to $45 million while boosting profit margins by 40% in just four years.
With 14 years active experience running Tadawulat Group and 6 years of prior experience in hazardous waste removal, Mr. Albawardi is well prepared to take the company to new heights of performance with his carefully crafted but practical vision and business plan for the future.
Rajesh KuttichiGeneral Manager
TAD Logistics
Mr. Kuttichi is an MBA graduate from a reputable university in Dubai. His previous experience includes working for 6 years as assistant manager at one of the largest logistics firms in all of Dubai by the name of Modern Freight Shipping.
Since 2003, he has played an integral part in developing TAD Logistics, helping the company grow from a 600 square meter facility to a 14,000 square meter facility with an additional 25,000 square meter plot of land now ready for expansion.
Harald ArndtRegional Manager
TAD Environment
Mr. Arndt has over 20 years of international experience in the hazardous waste industry. During this time, he was active in the commercial, operational and project management segments of the industry.
Harald has gained a wealth of experience and developed numerous contacts across the industry and around the globe while organizing hazardous waste removals from Portugal, Kosovo, Afghanistan, Djibouti, Pakistan and Uzbekistan for final disposalin Europe. Specific experience includes chemical treatment, landfill remediation, solvent recycling, high temperature incineration, site remediation and packaging/ shipping of all types of hazardous waste.
